i've come to realize that people don't take the time to listen anymore. i'm talking about really, truly, listening to what clients say they are looking for. the premise of this blog is to host products, reviews, and current trends but more importantly, this blog is for those of you who have ever felt neglected, ignored, rushed, or otherwise. there isn't any specific goal, i personally like having a creative outlet where feedback is unbiased & everyone feels listened to. please don't hesitate to inquire about makeup, skincare, technique, etc. i'll do my best to answer & if i don't know, i'll try my best to find an answer.

currently my experience in makeup expands over 15 years and continues to grow everyday. i've been doing makeup for as long as i can remember, when i was able to wear makeup, it was frustrating to find my color & learn how to apply eyeshadow. i spent hours practicing and watching other m/u artists. i went to college for art, oil painting, & graphic design. my versatility in makeup application ranges from high fashion, body painting, and special effects makeup to wearable everyday looks, bridal, print, music videos, headshots, and television.

June 9th spoolie brush by sonia kashuk, available at target for $1.99.  this is definitely the cheapest i’ve ever seen the spoolie brush. the brush combs product through your brow hairs and gives them a softer, blended look (in case you happen to get a little heavy handed with your product). hold the spoolie brush at the end of the handle and comb up and back towards your hair line (away from the nose).  using the brush this way goes along the natural grain of how your hair grows and smoothes them down.
currently the entire sonia kashuk line is on sale at target.
